Gluten-free granola is a highlight. This is the first totally safe acai bowl I’ve had in Canada. They use a coconut rather than oat base, so for all my oat-avoidant celiacs out there, this is a pleasant surprise. It’s definitely worth considering taking home a bag of this granola. The predominant milk they use in their lattes is oat (gluten free), but alternatives are available. I’ve tried a couple of the mushroom lattes, and the Chana Charger is my favourite. The lunch bowls are predominantly gluten free or can easily be adjusted to be so. The produce is always fresh, which allows natural flavours of the ingredients to really come through and make their dishes stand out. The location on 104 St is very accessible from downtown, but if you drive, expect to pay a couple bucks for street parking. With an order at the till and sit anywhere system, it is an accessible place to go on your own and/or get some work done. There is also plenty of space to go with a group or meet for coffee. It was a bit pricey, 22 for my acai bowl and latte, but you definitely get what you pay for. And that’s what keeps me coming back!

Such a great vegan experience!! Food was delicious and fresh, mint matcha latte was so delightful to have as my first coffee of the day! Definitely big fan of the avocado toast, will try some nachos next time when I’m there. Place is clean and not too crowded, nice comfy vibe for a weekend brunch.

First order today through Uber Eats and everything was fresh and delicious. I got the coconut blt, the coconut is so yummy and a nice addition to the sandwich. I enjoyed how filling it was without leaving you feeling heavy after. The kale salad was the best part! I will need to order a full size next time. And the dressing, wow! I could bathe in that stuff. I can’t speak to the service side too much since mine was through delivery, but the order got here fast and was packaged very well, so to me that speaks to a level of service. I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu! Maybe I will try the tahini beet wrap next time because that looks tasty

Honestly, one of my fave restaurants! The food is incredible - you’ll leave feeling like a better person! The vibe is upbeat and positive. Always welcomed with a smile. My go to place!

I recently ordered coconut bacon BLT and Thai lentil stew. Ohh both were really good. I was a little unsure about the coconut bacon BLT at first but I am really glad I gave this one a try. Presentation absolutely does matter when it comes to trying new food. Gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere even though I ordered via Uber. Didnt want lack of rating to hurt a local business. Will definitely order again!

Always the best service & most delicious food! I always get the smoothies, citrus greens & one of their healthy snack desserts. I love the oat fudge bar, Nanaimo bar & cinnamon roll. Healthy & great prices to eat healthy! Health is wealth!

If you want to feel like those healthy bougie people from LA, you need to try Kb&Co. You’ll feel like you just got back from pilates. The orange creamsicle is such a good smoothie. It’s healthy but it tastes good. My only critique is that I would like the smoothie to be blended more. Otherwise, the atmosphere in the store is nice but quiet.
